DRUG DEALERS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME AT THE CARBON HILL JAIL

Illegal drug use is a major problem in Carbon Hill.  Other crimes such as domestic violence, robbery, burglary, rape, murder, and theft can usually be traced back to illegal drug use.  Carbon Hill Police Department has adopted a zero tolerance for illegal drugs.  Mayor Chris Hart and Chief of Police Bob King have declared a year round hunting season on drug dealers and persons who choose to use illegal drugs and alcohol.  NO BAG LIMIT!  

 

CHPD seeks assistance from other agencies

We would like to solicit and welcome requests for police officers to conduct classes on crime prevention, the dangers of drug use, self defense tactics for citizens, firearm safety and marksmanship and any other law enforcement related subject.

 

FREE Gun Locks

We have a large amount of free gun locks that citizens may pick up at the Police Department or call and an officer will drop them off at their residence.
